Maraya Return & Exchange Policy
At Maraya, we take pride in the quality and care behind each product rooted in traditional Hammam rituals. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges to ensure your experience remains smooth and satisfying.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product (wrong item or variant).
- The product was damaged, leaking, or expired upon arrival.
- You had an allergic reaction and can provide medical documentation within 7 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used or opened products (unless the item was defective).
- Change of mind or dislike of fragrance/texture after use.
Return/Exchange Window
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please email us at contact@marayarituals.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Product(s) in question
- Clear pictures or video of the issue (e.g., wrong item, damage, expiry)
- Reason for return or exchange
Once we verify the issue, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Conditions for Acceptance
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Items must be returned with any free samples, gifts, or promotional items received with the order.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or expired item), we’ll cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.
